- 21 day Return Policy from the date your shipment is received.
- In order to return an item, CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US FIRST(via phone or email) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- We accept items in only new and unused condition. If an item is returned for evaluation and it is determined to have been worn, we may return the item to the customer and all shipping costs will be charged to their account.
- No Returns on Seasonal Merchandise/Sale items/ Paper Flowers.
- Restocking fees may apply
- If item is undeliverable due to customer error (for example, if name does not match shipping address), then customer is responsible for shipping charge, we will credit any return shipping charges when it is our mistake.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we will credit your card for the original order when we receive the merchandise back and charge you for replacements when the order ships.
- Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the day the item was received back at our store to credit your item.
